Objectives of the Students Business Center Operations Manual

The main purpose of the study is to prepare an operations manual for Mabini Colleges entrepreneurship students who are currently enrolled in Business Plan Implementation course subject.
Specifically, the study is intended to;
Prepare the entrepreneurship students to be able to manage businesses before they enter in the real world of business through simulation, mentoring, assistance and incubation programs in compliance with House Bill No. 4153 and CHED MEMO No. 17 series of 2005(HB04153.pdf). (Compulsory and Mandatory in Entrepreneurship Education at tertiary level).

Publish the operations manual for utilization for free.

Significance of the Study
The output of this study, which is an operation manual, will be a significant contribution to the body of knowledge in business administration and entrepreneurship, and will benefit the following groups of individuals and schools;
Institutions, The result of this study may aid them in implementation of their entrepreneurships program and in preparation for adaption of the outcome- based education (OBE) CMO-No.46-s2012
Students, The result of this study may provide them the knowledge in operating business and entrepreneurship through the use of business center operations manual.
Faculty/ Mentors, The result of this study may provide them further information on a strategy on facilitation and mentoringship to young entrepreneurs and this will serve as a additional complementary aid to existing materials in the college.
Researcher, himself, The researcher himself will use the operations manual in his facilitating and mentorship in his own class as complementary material in reading
Future Researchers, The result of this study will serve as reference in developing operations manual in students’ business center.

Definition of Terms
The following terms are defined operationally, for the better understanding of the study.
Utilization. This refers to the submission and implementation of Students Business Development Center Operations Manual to Mabini Colleges Administration.
Development. This is the process of creating the Students Business Center Operations Manual especially for entrepreneurship students, faculty and mentors taking and handling Business Plan Implementation course subject. In the development of this manual the researcher followed procedures such as Planning, Preparation, Validation, Editing, and Finalizing.
Students. This refers to the Mabini Colleges entrepreneurship students who are on to or currently on to their Business Plan Implementation Course Subject.
Business Center. This refers to in-line support program for Business Plan Implementation Entrepreneurship Program, used by the researcher in facilitating and mentoring students’ entrepreneurs. A training facility for developing the knowledge and skills of students through classroom instruction and self-study combined with practical business and entrepreneurial simulation in the development and application of economic instruments for entrepreneurship and business management.
Operations Manual. This refers to the manual made by the researcher to help young entrepreneur students to be able to operate a business before they graduate and venture to the real world of business. The contents of this manual are designed for students enrolled in entrepreneurship program in tertiary level. The learning and implementations focused only on entrepreneurship business plan implementation course subject.
