This study determined the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Profile of elementary teachers in Apayao. Specifically it looked into the thinking process and preparation of teachers towards ICT integration in the teaching-learning process. The study made use of exploratory descriptive research design and utilizes quantitative measures in assessing teachers thinking process and preparation of teachers towards ICT integration. The respondents of the study are Elementary teachers who have knowledge about computers. The result of the study showed that only 26% of the respondents have formal training on educational technology and 47% have attended trainings, seminars, and workshops related to ICT. However very few utilizes the use of computer in teaching and are mostly limited to the use of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software. In terms of the thinking process that is believed to facilitate teachers thinking towards ICT integration. Out of the four variables under study; Teachers’ Constructivist Belief, Teachers’ Self-Efficacy, Attitudes Toward Computer, and Computer Self-Efficacy, the study shows that elementary teachers have slight adherence to the constructivist beliefs and shows little confidence on their teaching ability. While they hold neutral behavior towards the use of computer and their computer self efficacy.
