Thesis Abstract / Summary:

This study determines to correlates fisher folks' participation in the fish sanctuary projects in the Municipality  of calatrava, Romblon. Specifically, this study aims to know the  demographic profile of the respondents in terms of age, educational attainment, house size and number of trainings attented; the level of respondents' perceptions toward the situational factors in terms of benefits gained from participating in the fish sanctuary project; the level of respondents' perception on their extent of participation in fish sanctuary projects; a significant relationship between the personal characteristics of rrespondents and their extent of participation in the fish sanctuary project; a significant relationship betwwen the situational factors and the extent of participation in the fish sanctuary projects.
