This study determined the performance evaluation of Odiongan District Jails Officials as perceived by 15 Jail Officials and 105 Inmates (respondents). Specifically, this aimed to know the jail officials and inmates’ socio-economic profile such as; gender, age, civil status, educational attainment, ethnicity, religion, crime accuse of: length of detention; the level of perception of respondents towards the performance of jail officials in terms of jail bureaus functions, management of jail, and reception of inmates; and significant difference of perception between the perceived performance of inmates and jail officials.
