Guidance and counseling play a pivotal role in helping student accomplished his purpose in life. This study investigated the guidance and counseling needs of the Senior High School (SHS) students to determine the appropriate guidance services to be provided to them. Data revealed that there is a great need for guidance and counseling services of the SHS students, the need for “vocational” guidance is the highest need while the need for “social” guidance is the least. The study also found that the profile of the respondents has no impact on their needs for guidance and counseling except for the educational attainment of their parents for it influences their needs in “educational” and “social” guidance. Finally, the study found that the respondents have a differing view appertaining to their guidance needs. The study recommended that a guidance and counseling program focusing on Educational, Vocational, Social, Emotional and Behavioral must be developed.
