In Vitro Screening Of Salt Marsh Plants For Hemolytic Activity In Human Blood

Date: 19-02-2013 08:33

Aerial parts from four salt marsh plant species were extracted with ethanol, water and acetone and solvents were removed by rotary evaporation and freeze dried. These freeze dried extracts were evaluated at different concentrations (50, 250,500 μg/mL) for invitro hemolytic activity in human blood. Ethanol extracts of Suaeda maritime, Suaeda monoica, Suaeda nudiflora, Sasuvi ... read full abstract ››
